I have a suggestion for new houses for players to buy. Why are the all the doors to other rooms in the middle of both walls in the living room? There is no place to put a fireplace. The doors should be put off to the side so there is a full wall for a fireplace and sitting area. I know we can move the doors but we can't move the entrance points. Please design houses with at least one full wall in the living room.

I agree. A full wall would certainly help with how to decorate rooms. I also often feel like the two hidden walls are useless...:/

The placement of the arrows in rooms has for the most part always been a problem! You can buy a Limo Interior in the Realtor for 10K and it comes with two arrows that you can place in a more convenient location in a room, then place the matching one in the other room that you want it in!

I like the 2 Christmas houses that were released today but won't buy one because both walls in the living room in both houses have a door right in the middle. There is no wall for a fireplace. Very disappointing.

suggestion 1 -- put the fireplace by the arrow, you now have a secret entrance to another room behind the fireplace
suggestion 2 -- put the fireplace on another wall by using tiles you can make walls and floors anywhere you want

and 3 -- totally cover everything up make a snow scene and hide all the arrows under interactives so no one can get out :haha:
I did that last one its so much fun when you host room tours :haha:

What Jade said. You can use the teleport arrow pairs you get with the 10K Limo rooms and place them to connect wherever. You can also use the free ones we get with the free GE modular rooms.

This is something I do all the time, even with houses where the layouts are better. I love changing layouts and making things flow and this is a good solution.

I do this too. I have a ton of rooms where I cover the whole thing and I can never find the arrows. I got tired of having to clear the room to see where the arrows are then cancel and try to find them :haha: I get not being able to remove them from the room but we should be able to move them within the room.

I use these to place them over the arrows and level them up to the top level, then they are easily found! It sure helps take the guess work out of where they are located in a room!
