I contacted support to ask for help. I got a reply saying yoworld have never supported android tablets or mobile devices of any kind! I’ve been playing yoworld since 2008 and only on iPad and yoworld support have helped me both as yoville and yoworld. What is going on with your staff to say that?

YoWorld is not designed to be played on a mobile device and officially does not support them. There have been some mobile browsers that work, to an extent, but we can not provide any support for any issues that may occur with them as they are not intended to be played on these devices.

I was thrilled to see this post! I log in on my ipad to check on things but can do very little, I thought it was me!!! Knowing it is game wide made me feel much better! TY!

I’ve been playing this game since 2008. Until literally this month I’ve had plenty of help from yoworld support. Designed or not, I’ve been playing it on my iPad for over 12 years. I’ve had great help in the past too. Support should be more helpful rather than saying they don’t support it.
