I have the same opinion. They said they had been working on an alternate solution, but what thing(s) have they done so far? They should at least tell us the progress of it. However, there was not even a single update after half a year. I doubt they have never started doing anything on making an alternate solution they claimed.

I left my paint boards in the room-they were put in inventory by BVG and now they have been back in rooms by BVG so I am not sure why this all happened but I can't forget all the time and effort that went into these from others and myself and all the memories placed on some for special deco-I can't and won't forget any of this.
So am hoping this isn't a sign that BVG gave up on them-they should let us know what is going on since June cuz they did post they were working on something.

If they can't fix this ,they should at least tell us and why.

hard to let go of this subject... posting to keep this alive!

I knew bvg would just STEAL my paint boards and do nothing about it. This is theft as far as I am concerned. I bought 7500 of them believing that I would be able to use them for as long as I played the game. They do not care and it shows.
I really would like my money back on all my boards at the very least. That is not counting the money spent having them made and the time spent placing them all. Also does not include them ruining my yocity by deleting all my street and direction signs in my over 1,000 connected properties. They destroyed my game play over something I had nothing to do with. Punishing us all. Sad they think this is ok to treat us like this.

If we aren't going to get them back, I'd like to be reimbursed the 194 yocash and 4,455,000 coins for the paint boards in my inventory.

There's no way to reimburse the frustration and sadness of not being able to use them and to really make rooms unique, and the millions of coins I spent getting pictures put onto them before I learned how to do it myself.

Not many have forgotten, I'm sure. MAYBE a SMALL few who didn't use them. But those of us who did use them will not forget. So many rooms wrecked and there's nothing to replace the stuff with. Some had some loved ones' images they can't replace, not to mention art gifts from friends. And some had items they drew by hand that don't exist in game. They were useful in so many ways.

It's a shame some icky people had to ruin it for everyone, but BVG should have found a fix by now. I've always defended them because they're a small company and was patient, but my patience is worn out. They don't care anymore. All they care about is cash and the casino. I don't know what we can do to get them to listen. I don't want to think it's a lost cause, but realistically . . . .

BVG unstuck this in hopes it will go away. Nope I will be here everyday now to make sure it stays relevant. We want this resolved not pushed under the rug like they are trying to do. See you tomorrow.

And this isn't aimed at you, Andrew, but at whoever's in charge of this. The when you do have an update . . . feels like the answer is the 4th of never. 6 or 7 months now it's been. That's a long time. And nothing indicating that it's even being worked on. Nothing.

This doesn't help the fact that I visited a beloved room today and it's been totally ruined. My beloved choir has lost their heads....
