And who are you?! These badges are a joke. Especially when people like you seem to feel inferior over others. Just because someone might not have a badge at this very moment doesn't mean they don't "GAF" about the game. Maybe they have loads and don't need to buy more, maybe they can not afford it, maybe they don't like what is currently in stores. I don't see why its your or anyone else's business why someone might or might not have the badge. Move along. None of us would be here if we didn't GAF!

that is exactly why some people make them. I don't know you personally but from what I have seen, you are a polite funny man that sometimes uses humor to try to distract people from drama. do not let someone elses snobiness make you feel bad about yourself.

Okay, I'm going to be honest. I have been playing Yo since I was 19/20 (I'm 25 now, turning 26 this month) When I started it was impossible for me to purchase Y.C but I would purchase items through dealers. Once I finally got Y.C. purchased as a gift for me, it was because I wanted the Zodiac Yober (which I was so dissapointed with, they were flops!)I was originally a myspace player, and around 2010/2011/2012 I began noticing how M.S. was not being regularly updated like the F.B. version, even before it was announced that the apps would be taken off M.S. I had (thought the help of a friend D.H.) transferred sentimental items to my F.B. I completely turned my back on Z. For the fans who reached out to B.V.G. to show how much they love Yo, and for them to be listened to (as opposed to Z's:take a number and maybe we'll get back to you policy) that alone is reason enough to want to show B.V.G that I directly support them! So now that I can actually purchase cash, I don't mind spending a bit actually I want to give them a bit of direct support. At the same time, their was a point in my life were I said I would never spend real money on this game, so I have been on both sides of the fence!

Hello, I would say I have to agree with you, even though I love B.V.G. and they have reasons for this idea. I read the post about it it did make me kinda want to buy YC to be labeled a "supporter"

There isn't anything wrong with not spending if you don't feel like you're getting your money's worth, don't like the items, can't afford it, etc. Nor is there anything wrong with spending if you can afford it and want to. The problem is when people attack and berate one another for either spending or not spending. When people who spend accuse non-spenders of not giving a crap about the game it's ridiculous. When non spenders bash those who spend, it's ridiculous - and particularly those who CHOOSE not to spend and then complain about yocash rates, etc. This has always been an issue and will continue to be one unless Yo goes completely pay to play (not that I'm suggesting they should). I know the purpose of the badges was to encourage people to contribute but thus far it's only created more strife.

Really?... I applaud BVG for buying Yoville, truth be told I didn't care what happened with it at the time.. I quit when events went down and no sign of them coming back. I have recently came back to playing,

Now... I'm not a supporter and honestly haven't really cared for more then one or two items they have released (Previously Unreleased) Now that doesn't mean that I won't buy YC when a theme releases that I actually like, but I'm not going to throw money at BVG because they decided to purchase the game.. They knew what they were getting into, and looked at the cost/revenue from Zynga's numbers.. They also understand that it would be a big investment and take time before getting a decent return/profit.

I was raised that if you want something you have to earn it. That is my motto towards most things, you want my money you have to earn it. I'm not just going to throw money at a company because they purchased a game I had no emotions to when they purchased it...

Another note.. We have direct and indirect supporters for this game.. The people who buy YC, and the people who buy YC with game coins from Dealers.. The indirect supporters also play a huge role into the money spent, because most people if they had to pay for this game they wouldn't.. Like the numbers we were told 5% are supporters yet we seen 95% of people with Menorah hat, or other unreleased items so obviously they bought them from someone who paid YC.

I'm thinking the 5 years we - and many others - have dedicated to the game are a pretty good sign that we support the game.

I'm still sitting on cash. I have no issues buying more...when I need it. Not before. I'm not that hard up for a pat on the back.

The point is to show equality behind non yocash buying members and yocash buying members.
To Help eliminate the disgusting elitist behavior of these stupid badges we have to wear.
We ALL support the game. By logging in every single day. Whether we buy stuff or not.

It will remove the segregation between yocash vs coin. I mean, there can not be a third party.
We all buy things in the game. Either by coin or yocash. There's no third option. Aside from the
very rare player who has never bought a single thing in the lifetime of the game.
