I have seen people get a general warning for something silly and I have seen someone get a last warning for something I didnt see as a problem. I understand kindness and courtesy and all of that, really i do. I just think that sometimes a bit of two way conversation can help us out. I know this isnt the old forum, I am ready to roll with the changes but the few warnings i got, I was able to have a conversation with the moderators and at least 2 of my warnings were changed because of the circumstances.
And, what if we got a warning one day for something and then two months down the line, we said something that the mods felt crossed the line? Would that old warning be held against us? Is there a points system or are we at the mercy of a moderators bad day? I dont expect to rack up warnings... i got 3 in over 12000 posts in the past, but a bit of clarity on this would be nice since we cant really PM you guys.

How do you know if what you posted was reported a multitude of times? I hope I don't feel I have to stop posting because something I said is taken the wrong way.

If a post is reported we get notified and review each one.
You won't be banned or given a warning if there was no valid reason for the report in the first place.

You can PM all Vikings with the exception of Gary, Greg, and Clinton if you have any questions in regards to a warning.

Definitively defined and consistent "punishment", for lack of a better word, would go a long way in helping to keep things fair and running smoothly...
what if we like punishment?
