LOL She is a sweet little girl that see's good in everything. My favorite movie is the original with Hayley Mills and that little orphan boy.. Pollyanna is a cheerful, radically optimistic youngster who focuses on the goodness of life and, in doing so, makes a wide variety of friends in the community including the hypochondriac Mrs. Snow (Agnes Moorehead) and the acidic recluse Mr. Pendergast

I'm a realist and see things for what they are...good and bad.
I'll have to try the whole post 3 positive things a day for a few days. I've seen my FB friends doing it and thought I should too. There are just some days, it's hard to find even 3 things. lol

It's an old old Disney movie starring Hayley Mills. She live with her stern Aunt Polly.. She always found something to be "glad" about. It can be hard...

I read that book when I was a kid. I remember the part where she wished for a doll as a gift but when she opened the box she got a pair of crutches and she was GLAD she didn't actually need them. So she was so happy. LOL oh well... Pollyanna is an idiot little girl who is happy about everything. Kill her and she will be so happy and pleased that you didn't torture her before killing.
Just kidding. It's a nice naive story to teach kids looking things on the bright side.

An old movie starring Hayley Mills. She played an orphan who had to go live with a cranky old aunt (I think). But her charming, winsome, positive ways changed the entire town.

Those with a realistic attitude focus on transformation. Memento More.

My face hurt at times with the constant smiling.... but I got there...
I'm a realist too. Some of my positives were a little contrived,, but I did my best.
That's all we can do in the end..

I imagine Auld Granny would smile when you listened to her folk remedies and hung onion socks around your neck! I dont know her, but I think she sounds incredibly interesting and a wee bit scary!!
