As for people complaining, it grates on my nerves too. People don't seem to understand that cleaning up a mess as large as Zynga left won't happen overnight. I think those who are griping and whining about every single thing are probably kids as they don't seem to have any understanding of business lol. It's all, "I'm entitled and I want what I want NOW!" Constructive feedback is one thing but I want to smack the people who make threads like "omg the new stuff is so ugly and sucks!"

Edited to add: I'm very happy with BVG and YoWorld so far. Bur even if I weren't, I'd have the patience to wait for everything to come together. It's only been 2 months since the transfer.

Ikr? You are totally right. And yes, there is a big difference between feedback, (which they invite and actually take into consideration) and just complaint after complaint. Some of them are outright disrespectful as well. That really upsets me when I see how hard they have already worked on this game. They deserve better that that.

Very well said and I agree with a lot of it, I have played other games also and in my experience some are better value for money,i.e. more in game cash for a similar amount to what I pay for yc, however the service they offer is dim in comparison to what BVG are giving, for sure they offer the best support I have seen in a very long time, and that is much appreciated :D So now this is the only game I play.

The only other game I have any devotion to is Cityville Hometown, because I needed an app game for passing time on the road. Once you get to the higher levels, you have to contact Zynga via ticket (no human point of contact) to complete the goals, to unlock the next items. It was a bit frustrating, but I've just about completed the next set of goals, I think I'm about to max out on the game.

Never knew when I was younger, that I'd have such entertaining ways to pass the time in my sunset years, lol. I love to read, but get headaches easier than I used to, so playing games online is another option. And I'm outliving everyone I knew, except my younger siblings in other states :)

I have no problem waiting for BVG to "catch up" on YoWorld. The worst part for me is lagginess, and that just tells me I need to spend a bit less time online.

I also agree with everything the OP had to say. I left this game years ago due to issues to numerous to mention. I've been back a few weeks now and am super impressed with the communication, fixes and releases.

I thought I was done here, and darn it... I've been sucked back into the YoMatrix

I totally agree as well, I'm so sick of the complaining threads. They are stated very rudely and are not feedback it's just complaining.

totally agree, i think people forget that without bvg we wouldnt have a game at all, give your feedback all you like, but don't complain when they are under enough pressure trying to fix z's yadda they left behind, whilst figuring out everything else, it's just rude imo they put their arses on the line to save the game, and there's no need to complain. i'm very impresed with what has been done so far and the communication is second to none, the yc/coins people buy is not just for items but for service too the money all goes to different things

Yes this is very true. My first response to the some of the items are sticker shock but in all reality I wouldn't buy it anyway. So for me, once I got past the initial shock it isn't really that bad. BVG is actually pricing things very smart from a marketing standpoint.

i have played other app games here and there, i don't really feel like yoville is so much cheaper than other games. some games give away alot of free purchasable cash too ,i guess it depends on the mix of apps you have played. that said its well def more expensive than most subscription games i've played as well as downloadable games that let you add content for extra money. anyways the end of my ramble is that i think price wise yoville seems to be about along with other games when the games out of control economy is not factored into the equation. i think most people who find it out of wack are coming from a standpoint of the economy amongst the players. as for support: i like games that function properly enough that i do not have to contact support.
