You said they (BVG) needed a "no ticket day" that infers all tickets and not just the so called petty issues like the game screen not loading fast enough to make someone happy. If you have an auction item that goes missing they need to know today, not tomorrow and defiantly not next week.. what for one person is a little thing, for others who do not have as much in game it might mean a lot.

Well yes i agree B V G is a business ....But the whole point of this post Andromeda ...If i may call you so ?
Is that we. As responsible forum peps show an example. And not submit tickets unless its necessary. I mean say you have lost something in the auction. Its OK to mention a little thing as well ... Mind you there are a few people that want everything perfect. So i am told ?

Laura (138237058) wrote:That and the tickets created a job for someone. Not writing up a ticket when a glitch happens will not only slow down a claim for you but for the next person as well. Waiting a day to give them a break will not help since they have to then take care of the ticket at some point no matter what. I do not think this is a suggestion that would work.. and actually might back fire on some so no.. if you do not need a ticket great, but if a glitch happens please make out a ticket, that is what they are there for.
