Unreleased items will be released if the demand is high and the items aren't faulty.. As for newly designed items from BVG themselves.. It takes a while to create furniture as it is 3D.. They have to wait for the whole theme to be completed before they release the items and their 3D designer hasn't been there for long. A handheld banana is 2D and a lot easier to create than a 3D decorating item. The best comes to those who wait! Have a little patience and eventually you'll get what you're asking for.

it's about fairness

so far it's been very unfair to those that decorate

in part because most of us DO NOT use the forum, we are busy protecting our hoards from the hackers LOL

Greg or Gary (Don't remember which) said that it takes way longer to do 3D furniture designs! They're getting a new employee in the next 2 weeks so hopefully things will speed up. I think they're doing great so far. They haven't worked with the game in years! They're practically learning everything again.

I'm sure they're working on them and the proportions so that we dont have tiny items. They don't have a guide to makes things. Do you really think Zynga sat down with them and gave them some help? Heck no!

We just need some patience.

So are you saying you want re-releases of past themes because we know where BVG stands on that issue. I do not want past themes released and I am waiting for furniture items myself. They have only had the game for a few months and just recently hired a 3d artist.. putting this stuff together does not happen over night, not if you want it done right.

very uneven isnt ... given there are so many different unreleased items that have been asked for by more then one group of players.

Well taking new designs into the equation isn't really the correct thing to do as like my previous comment stated they are 2D items and a lot easier to design and put into the game and their 3D artist has only recently started within the past few weeks. As for the release of unreleased items the most likely thing that's happening is that they're staggering the release of the furniture items to give their new 3D artist time to work. If you wish to check out some of the unreleased items the Vikings are trying out but haven't yet released then I would suggest looking around their apartments on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14354

It took time for them to fix things and now it'll take them time to make things we all just need a little patience to be honest

Also I'm not a decorator but 90% of my inventory is furniture and I rarely change my outfit so don't get me wrong I'm the same and the clothes hardly excite me and would prefer a nice couch or something but I realise it will take a little time for the game to be fully working with releases of clothes and furniture at around about the same time. (of course I changed recently, I just couldn't resist the urge to buy a WGN hair )

There is still more to be done, they have released a steady amount of items clothes and furniture alike. Give it time, they will get there.

Sure. I'm in. My guess is they will stretch it out until they have a few releases ready.

But some of us have been waiting through first a fairy tale and they a kiddy beach theme

while there are items we want from the unreleased furniture items ;(

just a bit disappointing there was one furniture item released this week ....given it was a massive drop coin wise -- but for those of us that have been asking and ignored it's a bitter pill

look at the chart posted in this thread - you will see many decor items that could be released while we wait for our 3d team to get on their feet.

It's not fair for them to have items that we can't get hold of and BVG should remove those items from the game altogether in my opinion.

Hackers may not have a way to exploit the game right now.. But when you're a fully qualified programmer (Which I believe some 'loyal players' may be) and know your way around security systems, anything is possible and it's hard(not impossible) to keep you away.

BVG appear to be very good at what they do and I'm sure they'll do everything in their power to stop hackers from doing what they do best.

As far as hackers getting what they want and still able to enjoy their ill gotten gains that is not BVG's fault and they have been dealing with it and thankfully will continue to do so in the future. BVG's release of unreleased items maybe to their benefit but they are not required to do it.. and they have said they will release items and are doing so at a speed most can afford and to keep a steady stream of items coming. Maybe you should go to feedback and suggestions with your post and see if that helps you?
