I agree just because there are lots of items I would have bought as a gold supporter for most of the duration of the program-but the items weren't leaving stores. So when VIP disappeared and we assumed the game was ending, a lot of VIP holders missed things. I doubt there's very many corset umbrellas in game, for example. So I can see hackers trying to put these items in game-they'll become the menorah hats of tomorrow. Plus, it's been hard to even ascertain what items are in the program. As an example of this, desert island VIP purple and white shell clothing with headband and purse were in VIP. Desert island has yet to close out, but these VIP items have disappeared altogether. Yorehab forgot to include them under VIP clothing 2013.

Everyone had the chance to buy VIP.

Making the choice not to pay for VIP (for whatever reason), doesn't negate the fact if you had of paid for it - they would have been freely available to you.

I wasn't referring to un- released items, I felt why should I buy yc and also pay for vip? I buy yc when I need it, and on top of that I had to pay huge amounts of coin to someone who had vip, very often it was impossible to get the items, so they were not available to everyone. I personally did not like the idea of a monthly subscription, and from what I could gather it didn't work as the hair promised to vip's for their monthly subscription they very often didn't receive, so I didn't see the point. To be honest it took the good out of the game for me when they introduced it. js

What it's really boiling down to is the VIP exclusive items that have skyrocketed in price... people don't want to pay that so they're hoping they'll be rereleased under the guise of "not everyone had a chance to get it"... when in fact, everyone did have a chance to get them by either buying VIP or buying through a VIP.

Not really...VIP people paid money to join the "VIP CLUB" and I know I'd be pissed if everyone got to grab the items I paid good money to get.

Well thats a valid choice to decide not to for that reason. However, making that choice means that you had to rely on someone else to get them for you, and the fact they might not always have been able to get them for you. I dont really see the fact that you found it difficult to get them from the second hand market, when you chose not to pay money (and be able to obtain them easily) a valid reason to bring them back.

I missed out on stuff that was VIP, and I was a VIP for almost the entire duration of the program. I have to suck it up and pay high prices for stuff I wanted that I missed in the second hand market, why shouldn't those who didnt pay at all have to do the same?

Ahhh. IMO its about time that VIP stuff went up in price. :twisted:

It really had no resell value for the longest time because it was relatively easy to get the stuff, because a lot of VIPs were on selling it and the game was flooded with it.

Desert Island is 2012. Its under VIP clothing for that year.
