I love this show. I was hoping for a much bigger twist last season...one to cause riots!

Daryl was supposed to die in the first season, but I think they figured out there would be world wide riots if that happened. :D

The Walking Dead is one of those series which I have been meaning to watch, but for some unknown reason have never been able to.

Something has always happened to prevent it.

He is very popular, but TWD can't go on forever so they are going to start killing them off, his time has come ;)

RIP Daryll 2014

I'm stumped at the concept of michonnes walkers. I understand they lack arms and jaws, but even when she's doing stuff they wait patiently behind her. Wouldn't they still "attempt" to try and bite her, even without having a jaw?

I think they mentioned something about them being well fed in s2 or s3, maybe I made that up??

Alby,
If you decide to watch the series, please make sure you view it in order. You will not appreciate the show if you watch it out of order. It's one of those kinda series.

its like if you cut a male dogs round things off, it looses the will to plant its seed, if you cut a zombies jaw off then its the same concept

I think they should do either Hershel's farmhouse or the prison for a setting to decorate. Maybe even Terminus. I'm sure it is going to have to be some generic form of the actual show though.

They did at Woodbury mention that when you take away the ability for the walkers to bite you, they become more docile. I guess that's why they dont continue to attack her.

No. By removing their arms and jaws, you take away their ability to do all that they care about which is to eat. In the comics it is somewhat explained. Michonne chains up her walker boyfriend Mike and his walker best friend Terry and cuts their jaws and arms off. She mentions that after a while they stopped trying to attack her and their presence decreased the chances of other zombies attacking.

Sakura Amber, I think that is probably what has put me off watching it so far. I have no idea what series is the current one, but to start at the very beginning seems such a daunting task because I don't really have much time to really sit down and chill uninterrupted these days.

Ah thanks guys.. Not sure why I thought it was "full" but I knew there was a logical explanation behind it from one of the other seasons! :)

Oh! Just dive in. "Daunting" will disappear in about three minutes. You'll just enjoy the ride after that. :D

I personally was hoping Rick and his group died during the firefight at the prison and we'd have to learn to love the governor.

Has anyone else ever wondered why all the zombies have torn up clothing, and are all in the same weight groupings (other then the one at hershels farm)

By torn up clothing, every one of them seems to have ripped or old clothing on, so it makes it seem like all the zombies are old and not freshly turned.
