I wonder if they are supposed to be animated but arent working since they look exactly like the pink ones I have that are called animated wings and actually are animated, hopefully theyl fix that face thing soon because I didnt buy for that reason either.

No, not yet.

I didn't see the wings animated when I bought them and that's fine! I don't particularly like animated wings. it's the face shape that changes that I don't like when I wear them.
