Yeah I understand giving players a fair chance too. I'm all for that but just having some collectible items both clothing and furniture would help everyone out in my opinion. I sure don't want themes to be rushed out of store but exclusive items are what keeps the game interesting.

Even new people need to have items like that...so that down the road they'll become rare and they can make profit.

Things are changing, suck it up

Who's complaining? :| This thread was merely for the purpose of discussion, which is all we are doing. ;) However a little balance is always a good thing, which was something that Zynga failed to do when they were closing too many themes.

zynga never failed on short releases. when they put the stuff in the stores, players were buying it up. players were loading events and stocking up for later

They weren't towards the end. There is such a thing as too many short releases. A three day theme once every three months is very different to the frenzy zynga went on in their last year. Zynga failed overall at that.

Maybe for the unreleased items and hairs but NOT for themes. Geez Z did enough of that and left us decorators with barely anything. Since BVG isn't releasing furniture yet this is a bad idea. If anything they should bring back a couple themes from 2013 only.

I don't think a week is necessarily long enough but I do agree that timers need to be implemented or the game will lose its excitement and purpose. Maybe 2-3 weeks for hairs and 1-2 months for clothes/furni?

I think BVG addressed this and stated somewhere that once everything is established, they plan to have some shorter time releases and collectibles, etc. but the main themes will stay in stores as long as the items sell.

I agree, theres so many themes that we can't purchase...its so hard scrolling thru the stores looking for active themes...remove the dead ones!! I didnt mean for BVG to put timers on all of the furniture themes...but they really need to add timers to the unreleased items, hairs...etc....this will bring in alot of revenue as players will buy yocash and grab as much as they can...I know I would <3 :P

Maybe timers on collectible items, but everything else should stay. Just my opinion.

everyone is in such a hurry, BVG needed to hire a 3d artist and they've been working hard for a week or two i think, you need to be patient and wait for them to release their own stuff, they will get around to removing the older stuff

The items that they put in the collectible section. You know like the ones marked collectible in the stores.
