Listen. I always post on re-release threads for this reason. If the people that don't want them don't say a word about it. Then bvg may think that people do want re-releases. And so many will bring up the reasons why they think we should have them. We have to put our reasons for not having them. Does that make since?

Well dear, Willow, you are correct, there is plenty of reasons to re-release & there is only 2 reasons not to re-release.... those 2 being:
1) I worked hard for it
2) I paid too much, so someone also should do the same.

The only one that matters for not re-releasing is that the older players that have spent tons of money in game would lose what they've spent all that money on ;) If the new people want things they can do the same...spend money.[/quote]

LOL, So you just confirmed my second point

Don't be upset that this is going on and on. This conversation is like buying a 08 costume, it could go on for 24 years, so realistically speaking, this is just the beginning of the conversation. ;)

They can always buy Yocash and support the game and make more than 2000 coins a day. Simple, problem solved! 8-) If they choose to be a play for free player, than they just have to wait and work a little harder and longer. ;) Choice is up to them how they want to play! :!:

I don't understand why anyone new needs to come in game and have everything handed to them. Bvg is going to put new items out soon i'm sure. Those of us that have collected in game and have spent tons of money on the game do not want re-releases because we've spent all our years working and collecting and spending money to get where we're at. When I started I didn't ask for things to be re-released just so I too could have it all. I started at the bottom and I worked my way up. That's how games work. Not sure why some can't see that. Everyone starts at the bottom and works their way to the top.

Willow you said: "And money's what keeps these type of games going."

You are correct again, MONEY IS WHAT KEEP THIS GAME GOING, but if there is NO INFLUX of new money from NEW PLAYERS there is NO GAME...
Not only they should re-release old they should leave it ALL IN STORE, until the count of ACTIVE PLAYERS GET ABOVE 1 million...As of right now there is only 100 thousand + No company can survive on that.
BTW not all of this new players will spend money right away, until they know they like this game. You didn't, no one did in the beginning.
When they see this ridiculous prices for old staff & rates on YC, they are going to RUNAWAY FROM IT. And BVG will keep on "bleeding" customers, because of it.... Don't you people realize that?
Owners of BVG just SPEND MILLIONS of REAL DOLLARS to acquire this game, you really think they did it for fun? They did it to make some profit, just like any company would do. And if there is no influx of new players & new money in to this game, sooner or later this become a burden on their financial resources.
They will have to somehow ATTRACT NEW PEOPLE TO THIS GAME, and if it means re-releasing old stuff, than that what they should do.
Yes I understand some of us spend money on this game, some spend more than others, but NONE OF US spend Millions of dollars to play this game.....BVG DID, and I would love for them to see some profit.
The old players will never bring enough money to this game to even sustain it right now, BVG can forget about profit if they only going to rely on old players.
Is there even one adult on this forum?
Because only child would not understand & argue what I am saying.

I wouldn't, but people have paid even more. If people invested a little time and money they could get those items for coins ;)

Not going to buy yocash and be a yocash dealer to get coins to buy one costume. Not really worth the price Lol. Would really like to buy yocash and buy some yocash items for houses. Because I will not pay over 40 pounds for a costume.

When we started costumes didn't cost $68. It was easier and affordable to play the game back then. BVG will put new items out, but the yoconomy is still the same, so yocash items from bvg releases will be dealt at the current yocash rate. As soon as these items leave store, they will become available according to the current day economy too. As for starting at the bottom, the game only started a few months before you started playing and it was only in 09 that they started releasing items regularly, so you didn't have much choice to start at the bottom because the game was at the bottom back then too ;) Nowadays the bottom is a very expensive place to be. A lot more expensive then back in 09.

Peter...I wish I knew exactly how much my daughter and I have both spent on this game. We went wild for the longest time but we have the money to spend. We stopped spending so much after the game started taking a dive. And once bvg starts putting new items out. I'll feel like here we go again. OPENS Wallet lol....unless they ever re-release. I won't spend tons of money on something that everyone in game can have that easy. I love the collecting aspect of this game. I don't treat anyone different then anyone else in the game. I'm not like that. I do of course love to collect and have goals. If they take that away by re-releasing. Well then it takes the fun out of the game for a lot of people.

And they don't have to buy something that expensive right off the bat. They can do what most do. Start off with something smaller. Then when it goes up they can resell and buy their next item and keep doing this until they finally climb the ladder.

Ok. I've been silent long enough. Each player's opinion is driven by what they do or don't own. But each player's view is irrelevant. BVG is all that matters. They will do what they want. I doubt a re-release will be their choice for a dozen good reasons, but it is certainly an option.

Goals are good for Yo. Costumes drive many players to deal yo cash. I think this will ultimately be the reason a rerelease does not happen.

And 5 points for Pete for trolling like a boss. LOL
