These forums are full of threads. (Thank you Captain Obvious) We talk about nerdy price issues, rereleasing stuff, help each other out, etc etc. In some of these threads people have fun. I know fun is difficult to enjoy for some people. I think it hurts them. Their sense of humor isn't as refined as it should be. Or maybe they just like drama. I have no idea why they can't enjoy themselves. Frankly, I don't care. I hope they get professional help.

When threads get made about funny stuff, they always seem to disappear. (Yes, this is a butthurt post about my Blue Maxi Pad thread) We used to have ninjas that were forced to become 'The Fun Police' because Z's policies required them to be that way. My Viking Horde, I hope this is not an indicator of things to come. I broke no rules. The thread was about the new release. Yes it had 10000 puns, but they were not against the rules. When someone's fun meter is broken, removing the thread is not the answer. If everyone loves red Jello except a few students who enjoy green, the cafeteria still serves red Jello.

Please let me enjoy my red Jello.

PS - If the Viking who removed the thread wants to discuss it privately, I'd love to rationalize the removal.

Agreed. It reminded me of the old forums. And by "old forums" I mean "old, OLD forums"......from 2009-ish. Where you couldn't keep up with the threads, they were moving so fast, so many posters. When it was just hilarious all the time. Gawd, I miss those forums/players.

The funny threads is what makes this so enjoyable here in yodiscussion.
It's always nice to joke and have fun with your fellow forumers.. though some..
don't always find the humor in things which is misfortunate.

It WAS a fun thread and there was nothing in it that should have caused it to be taken down. In my humble opinion anyway.

I went looking for it last night to see what other fun puns people had come up with and low and behold it had gone!

That thread was one of the funniest threads I have read in a long, long time. To me, it resembled real-life observations comparable to a comedian's one liners in a stand-up comedy routine. :lol:

That WAS a fun thread. Why do wet blankets always have to ruin things for others? If someone doesn't like it they can walk away and don't have to report. It's so ridiculous.

Yep, those sure were the days. I can remember being up all night and working on no sleep cause the forums were just that fun.

I don't understand why it would be removed. Is talking about maxi-pads somehow beyond the pale?
Note to forum mods: Let us have fun. If a thread is fun with no insults or baiting whats wrong with that? The best thing about Yo is its silly nature and of course yo players have silliness in spades.

Yep, it was vaporized. I'll find out why if I have to get GorG to dig up the truth. The fun sucking has to stop or these forums will be empty again.

I don't have a problem with forum censorship. Thats what mods are for. I don't understand why a fun thread would be pulled though.
