i bought an avenue but it is WAY too big, i can't see what me or anyone else is writing! how do i delete it

Z support used to remove them for you upon request. I have no clue if BVG does. Contact them and ask, I guess.

edited to add: you could just use it as a storage home if you can't get it removed.
