Okay so as i was watching one of Kerli's youtube videos;

I was thinking.. Hey!...We NEED this theme! First of all, the hair...YES... there could be a male version of it but im not sure how that would go.. And her outfits?!

How awesome would that be?! And have a black handheld umbrella.
