The AH ate an item I was trying to list. It froze as I was submitting a listing and after refreshing many times it's not listed in the AH and it's not in my inventory either.

I know that other people have been having problems with the AH too and I was wondering if anyone had received a response from BVG about it, or if their item was ever returned to them?

Nope, no response yet from me.

Just pulled up a past thread on this, had the same thing just happen to me, reloaded Chrome and found the items in my inventory. If this does not work, guess you must submit a ticket

This happened about an hour ago, so I've refreshed many times just in case, but no such luck. I did go ahead and submit a ticket, but was just curious if anyone had actually had success in retrieving their item after contacting support.

My wife got her items back...just takes some time.

Lost a hair. Been waiting 10 days for a response.

I lost an item this morning but thankfully it was just a cheap coin item. I have a friend who lost his 08 pirate in there and I don't think he has got it back yet.

There are many issues with the auciton house. More often than not it won't even load for me and when it does as soon as I search out one thing, that's it, it won't load anything else anymore. Then when I close it I can't sit in chairs, chat, or change rooms. It's as if I have been disconnected form the game. I think I am going to go back to selling items on trading pages for the time being until it works properly again.

I am STILL waiting on a response!! I lost 2 city of love kissing girls! GAH!

This seems to be a pretty widespread problem, I hope they do something about it soon

I think I'm going to stay away from the AH too until they get it fixed.

so at least that issue was been repaired?

I have had it freeze when I put an item up, sometimes I wait and it eventually gives me the "are you sure " and "share" popups, but other times I have had to refresh and the items reappear in my invo.

I lost 4 items that i put in the auction house for yocash and total lost over 125 yocash from these sales. I've emailed BVG and haven't got a response. It's been a long time

I don't think so, I just lost an item this morning. Thankfully it was just a cheap coin item.

Oh geez I froze like that several times this week and just gave up. I didn't think to check if I still had it since I didn't think they listed:( Now I am not sure what all it was. I have listed so much lately and I just assume if I dont get coins or yc it goes back in my inventory:(

I don't think it's been repaired as I just lost an item today.

I paid 16 yocash for an item, Crashed as i was buying it. No item. No yocash. No response after a week.

Oh no, hopefully it didn't eat your items..

It's frozen up on me a couple of other times while listing items and it would just put the items back into my inventory, so you might be alright. This is the first time my item just completely vanished after the freeze.
