When problems occur in the game someone needs to have direct access to open communication with BVG so issues can be resolved with lightening speed. The auction house is currently the major problem of the day and needs to be addressed! Just a suggestion.

The forum is direct access. I"m sure they've received tickets about this too. They fix things pretty darn quick around here as it is so don't go getting all spoiled thinking we need a hotline to Gary's desk or anything.

I'm not suggesting everyone have this access one or two people would be just fine. They do fix things quickly but some things not so much!

Of the day? How about "roughly" 3+ weeks....I warned Greg and Gary about this. We have events back so the removal for auction house to be fixed would be good imo.
Before anyone slams me I use it a lot for selling,
It would be missed but to know it would come back better and actually "working correctly" would be a relief.

Maybe they eventually will (or already do) have a moderator here who reports the bugs. As for players having access, it's all or none.
