On a serious note,a few little tips pardon if it sounds harsh it isn't intended.

You could do with facing the "camera" all the time not facing away from it,perhaps consider making a designated "news anchor" outfit to wear each week.
Add in a very low volume tune that is not distracting from the video (YouTube offers royalty free music I believe).
Also remove the setting that shows where you are clicking if possible it's distracting.

I liked it.

But I have a few questions/suggestions.

The room you are using in the video, is that the official room you will be using?

Just a suggestion, but how about making a official news recording room?

How about giving the room darker walls and floors, with portraits all around the walls? The desk can be at the center, maye add some cameras to the room for that extra effect?
