When you send them a ticket, it says something like If you need to give us anymore information to reply to the same ticket, so i would just reply with the new items that the AH has taken.

I wouldn't do this. It's a separate ticket. They might get confused if more items are added to the original complaint.

That was my concern too. It might complicate things. I just hate to keep sending tickets. *sigh*

You shouldn't worry about sending in tickets when necessary. The AH is malfunctioning. BVG has people working on support tickets. It might take a few weeks. I think if you added another item to the ticket, it might take longer because the original ticket may be going through a chain of support workers...
