So I lost an item in the AH on Friday and sent in a ticket, but haven't gotten a response yet other than the automated one. No problem, I have patience. However, I just lost another a few minutes ago. So I'm wondering if I should send in a second ticket or ask them to address the the second lost item when they get around to replying about the first one? I don't want to bombard them with tickets but I feel like persistence might help expedite this.

I would send them another one and wait. It's a different item so might as well write them :)

I would send in another ticket for 2nd item. One has nothing to do with the other really. Two separate incidents. I would suspect they are answering tickets in the order they get them. Then I would not put anything else in the AH till it gets fixed. ;)

Some Advice, don't use the AH to sale your items anymore.

I would demand 10m to compensate for your lost items.

When you send them a ticket, it says something like If you need to give us anymore information to reply to the same ticket, so i would just reply with the new items that the AH has taken.

Send in a ticket ASAP with the exact or approximate time (and the date) you listed the item, name of the item and listing price. Don't wait; there are people lining up behind you!

Depends how you sent your ticket? Did you register your email under account? Cause if you didn't you wouldn't get even an automated response.

I wouldn't do this. It's a separate ticket. They might get confused if more items are added to the original complaint.

That was my concern too. It might complicate things. I just hate to keep sending tickets. *sigh*

don't see how they would be confused if she was to tell them another item was was swallowed up by the AH.

Yes, I registered. I got the auto response from the first ticket on Friday.

You shouldn't worry about sending in tickets when necessary. The AH is malfunctioning. BVG has people working on support tickets. It might take a few weeks. I think if you added another item to the ticket, it might take longer because the original ticket may be going through a chain of support workers... :?

Maybe I should because it would be documented on what dates I lost what, etc. *sigh* I hope they fix this soon.
