I put two items in before all the threads starting coming saying it was eating items.

I don't know if I'm going to get them back. :?

Lost one on Friday and sent in a ticket (waiting for a response). I thought I lost one today when the AH froze up on me and I couldn't find it under the items I was selling. I got lucky and it was returned to my inventory. But I think for now it's not worth the risk.

I've put many items in the AH over the last few weeks. Only lost one after it was sold and the coins weren't credited to me. But Viking John solved that problem in about 2 weeks for me

Try events, it's safer that way. Events are dead though, hard to sell anything.

Events are hard to sell stuff because they're seen by only a few people. The AH, however, is seen by hundreds to thousands of people so it's easier to sell stuff. I don't like going to trading events unless it's a event where someone is specifically looking for an item i'm trying to sell. CTC's are a waste of time. I'll just wait for them to fix up AH :/

if AH freezes just DON'T REFRESH it will eat your items BUT if you let the game timeout til it tells you you have to refresh then after you do your item will be in inventory. If you already lost it while trying to list you have to submit a ticket but you do get your items back eventually.
