They should have made a warning IN Yoworld.
You know what I mean? Like the TOS message that pops up when starting the game up every once in a while.
There should be one stating "Watch out for links" or something like that.

It's better she's learned that lesson now that she's young as opposed to when she's older and has credit cards, bank information, or other such things posted online that can get hacked. It happens to adults too. I'm always having to tell my mom "that's not a real email from Ebay, don't click ANYTHING. Ever".
With that being said.
I'm sure she's heartbroken about losing her Facebook account.
Facebook is pretty much automated. There's not a customer support line that you can call. I know this because I had an issue with someone taking out an ad (in Japanese no less) and attached me to the thing somehow and it was charging the card I had attached to my FBook for YoCash. I had to go to the bank and cancel the card because I couldn't convince anyone that I'm not from Japan much less able to create a website in Japanese for an ad.
Hopefully your sister can start a new Facebook page and start over in YoWorld. Which really really stinks and I'm sorry to hear about that but maybe if she listed a few of her favorite items some nice people here will help her get started back up with some of her favorite stuff or some cash.
