The long, established pattern once seen with the former owners, unfortunately, continues on to this very day...

Greg, Gary, and the BVG 'construction team' have been putting in LONG, TIRING hours in order to get this game back to normal, as well as trying to handle the ever-increasing complaints from still unsatisfied 'YoBers'...

BVG has more than this game to focus on 24/7/365 without the constant whining and complaining from everyone!

There have been some updates in progress within the last 48 hours that will be very beneficial to everyone; but, as usual, there are those whiners who never fail to throw their 15 seconds of fame within these 'update announcements'...

Is it asking TOO MUCH to ask for everyone to please allow Gary, Greg and the rest of the 'team' to please let them do their jobs as they are able without the constant whining? They can do so much during their work hours...
Patience is a valuable virtue...and it is more than evident that there are those who have been VERY demanding that their own gaming problems be fixed immediately, if not yesterday...

And, for those who are whining that their messages/tickets are being ignored...
If you sent them in...sit back and please let the team answer them in due time...normally, answers take 5-7 days...
They are doing their level best to repair something that has been neglected for far too long, and it can't be fixed literally overnight...

People can complain if they want.

yes they done so much more than z has and all people have done is complain they need to get over the glitches and think of how much better it is

Aren't you complaining about complainers complain?

Here is my POV, they took over the game, now they have to deal with the whining, every game will get it, if a game never got any whining, what would they know to fix?

People voice what their particular issues, opinions, or preferences are. Where is this epic whining you're seeing? Sure I see people with motives that masquerade as an opinion or rant, but is actually a self-involved preference, that doesn't even hold water for us all. and I also see people reporting actual legitimate issues, like auction house not working. It doesn't hurt to warn other players here when features are faulty or eating items. It's all in how you say it that gets the point across as either being constructive or complaining.

Until one of the Viking team tells people to stop giving feedback, i will consider it the right of everyone to speak their views good or bad. You of course have every right to say you dont like it, but they have the right to post it.
The feedback is important to gauge customer satisfaction. Some people dont word it as well as they might, but its still important. The only thing that I could wish for is that people would maybe look for another thread that has been started on the same subject. That way we are not cluttered up with multiple threads on the same subject. For me, that goes with any of the topics good or bad though.

I always feel right about complaining. For example, I am displeased that there was no handheld banana in this latest release! BVG is doing a terrible job!

I think that early feedback is important for them to get a feel of what works for the community. Why let them do things that a majority hates and have them think we all love it? Then they do more of the same and when this grace period is over, they are confused when we dont buy yc because we hate how the game has been heading. I am not saying I hate anything right now, but if I did, I wouldnt hesitate to complain. Its how things get made better. They listen to us. We know that. This is the best place to make our voices heard. As you say, to each their own, but i prefer letting them know what works for me and what doesnt. I dont think that makes me spoiled, opinionated maybe, but I dont mean anything bad to BVG and I think my purchases show that to them.

We cant stop people from complaining no matter how many threads we make. But BVG did a great job with this game and am starting to love it again!

i never expected quick fixes to the game. i think the game is progressing nicely. events were down for a long time. i was not in the game when events were no longer working, that had to be frustrating no sales, parties if they were not on your friends list there was nothing you could do.

I have absolutely no problem with people putting over their opinions/points of view/complaints, provided they do so in a mature and polite manner. As has been said, if people do not 'complain' then the Vikings will not know that there is a problem.

Where I have a problem is when people kick and scream and behave like 5 year-olds. I hate to say this but I feel that there is a lot of this going on right now.
