I have been saving for them but I am going to sit tight....my yo life will go on if I never have a pair......when you see events for anything with suddenly insane prices attached you can bet people are fearing a price drop is right around the corner. My animal reserves are a nice pink substitute

Oh sure they'll rise and they should. There's not going to be all those other special items in game. So all the legit collectibles/rares will go up even more

Theres probably 2000 or 3000 limes in the game now....I wouldnt pay 50k for them

I dunno why people think they are so rare, you just wander around to altons, events, factory and you run into many people wearing them. And that doesn't even take into account the players who have them but barely wear them anymore. I've worn my pair once in the past like 6 months.
