Please help... I cannot get in the game... Cleared cache, re-started laptop several times and still cannot get in... all i get is white screen... i so want to get in... been refreshing for the last hour!

Try a different browser..there's many to choose from and make sure your flash is updated.

Yep as General said did you tried other browser?

Sometimes i get a white screen too but it's for just some seconds then it suddenly loads..

also if you use an ad-blocker, make sure its turned off/paused.

but best bet is on …trying a different browser.

Your firewall might be stopping you as well. Make sure you allow Yoworld through firewall.

i was just on an hour ago and then when i refreshed, i just couldn't get back on. a change of browser is a no-no.. they're all slow...

except for what i have been using when i play yoville...

Try again in a few hours… maybe something is slowing your internet down.. I know where I live my internet speed has moments were its complete ..crap (for lack of a better word) and then I just push off the game and try later and Voila.. I'm on without a hitch.

If this doenst work.. do put in a ticket with support and maybe they can assist you to get back in with other ideas etc

I don't know if this will help you but sometimes it helps me so try refresh your modem, you never know as other said maybe is something blocking with your internet.

By mean refresh your modem i mean go close it and open it again.
