It's hard to trust any thing on this game, was wondering if legit collectible wear-ables are safe from any type of re-release...not talking about the 08's im talking about items such as both retro specks, the yocaps, the gumball costume. What do you all think? And if possible can someone from BVG care to comment, thanks everyone!

They aren't re-releasing ANYTHING. So yes everything is safe, the only items they are releasing are UNRELEASED Items.

Gary and Greg have both said they have no intention of re-releasing items that were legitimately released to begin with. I realize we have a long history of skepticism with our former gamekeepers, given that they said one thing and did another, but BVG doesn't roll like that. If they say it, they mean it. There may be accidents from time to time like with the two pets (everyone is human), but seriously I believe their intentions are as they say.

Nothing is guaranteed 100%. Collectibles probably won't be, but anything can change at any time. Instead of worrying about it, why not just enjoy the game? If you're that concerned with "worth," maybe you should try a different game. *shrugs*

They will be more careful, I know it, and you should to, they clearly said nothing that was released before will be released again. The pet shop was a warning for them to be more secure and make sure to take all precautions to make that not happen again.

Accidents happen. The BVG team, like the rest of us, are human. They did make that mistake, they admitted it and they owned it. And probably it will result in them being more careful next time.

I'm not sure what sort of "guarantee" you are looking for here.

Perhaps now would be a good time to remind you that without BVG, we'd have no Yo at all. Just sayin'.

How is it trolling? You can't bank on any item being 100% safe. It's a fact. If BVG sees a demand for rereleases, they MIGHT do it. I don't think they will, but they could if it's a money maker. I have faith they will keep their promise, but again, no one can be 100% sure. Buy anything at your own risk. Just saying.
