It would be nice to be able to sell our homes in game to others. I have over 250 homes and could sale 100 of them easy. They were once storage houses.
Just have all homes sold through a broker = ( Auction house just for homes.)
Have an option to sale the home furnished or unfurnished.
Have it so once you start the auction it locks the house down from being edited. That way if it is being sold as a furnished house the seller cannot remove anything.
If it is being sold unfurnished once the home sales all the items in the house will go back to the sellers inventory automatically.
Have it so buyers can tour houses that are being sold furnished so they can see what they are getting in the sale.
If the home is being sold empty, have it so the buyer can tour an empty version of the home.

That sounds great! I would settle even for an option to delete that confirms twice!!

Yes please..... I would love to at least be able to delete the homes I no longer want....

I like the idea of being able to gift a home. I have friends that could not take advantage of what I could. Not sure about selling but gifting would be cool.
