i just started playing and do not understand why so many items, when you decorate, are not there anymore. the wild west, ice, hippie, the list goes on and on. why don't they offer all these items anymore and why don't they update. like a winter wonderland frozen theme. why do they literally drop theme after theme. are they going to be replaced. soon, i hope, i do love the game. thank you

The game was just bought out by Big Viking Games. Those themes you see are quite old, and were released under the original owners. BVG has only had control of YoWorld for a short time, but there are new and exiting things in the works for the near future.

There are still some themes open, since you are new, there is probably quite a lot you can start playing with. You can also use the trading section here to try and purchase things you see in closed themes that you like.

Well, welcome to YoWorld.

Yes, Big Viking Games just bought the game, and are working on a lot bigger issues right now, but I am sure the closed themes will be removed from the stores soon. Many find that they can be rather annoying, but there are a bunch of items that are still available.
