Well if you make a second account ...Could you not go with a friend on your old account to see your apartment ?

There must be something in your apartment that is stopping it from loading. Try loading to the factory.. Ask a friend to meet you in game and they can go to one of your other houses. To which you can follow and make that house your default.

You are not alone. Since last week I cant get into mine. This happened to me also at the take over and was fixed. So I am guessing something in the update on Wednesday last week put some issue out of place. It should get rectified soon.

In the meantime a fellow forumer showed me a way of getting into the bedroom of my apartment by simply changing the APLiving part of the apt link to say APBedroom. That gets you in no problem. Still couldn't get into my living room but at least I have an apt link that works now

Dang didn't work just loads to a white page - I even tried a changing it to kitchen - just loads fines but then its just a blank white page

Try my first suggestion of loading directly to the factory. Then getting a friend to take you to a diff house.

It is not just the apartments where this is a problem since last week. It is some older homes too. Are you seeing just a white screen and then out of the game? This did happen when we moved to BVG for some people and came back last week for me as well. In my case it is four homes. I think something may have defaulted back with loading after the last release? If we ever get back in I am going to empty them and give up.... have decided. Even the old Halloween home.

I tried and couldnt load into my apt. Any news on that problem?

Loading to the factory will not make it possible to go to my homes. It is also not a case of not getting into a difficult door, it is where they do not load at all and you leave the game with a white screen. The loss is also what is inside the homes. They already did fix this once before, not sure why the problem returned last week. Happy to comment again to help out.

It will help - if you get a friend to go to another house that is not having any problems. You can then make that house your default and still be able to play whilst they sort the problem out.

Same thing is happening with my Ocean Front Home. It won't load at all on Chrome, and I just get the white screen on IE.

well thank you all for the replies.i did all i had to do.i asked a friend to go there in case to follow him and he couldn't,i have an elevator from other house which goes directly to my apartment and still i couldn't load in,i used the url with my bedroom u suggested and same white screen..the big problem that makes me so sad is that in my apartment i have all my worth items,alll the 08 collectibles, all my worthy stuff..i wonder if i have lost them forever and if i have something inside that creates this problem. i had this problem from the beginning when bvg took the game,then it got fixed and now i have it again since last week. i beg for an official answer from bvg cos i didnt get an answer to my emails a week now...

Same here, since the release of the second phase of the unreleased. Very annoying but I'm sure BVG is working on it

Wife has same problem and she also can't get into her 2009 Halloween home. When I try to go to them I instantly get a white screen of doom.

Anybody knows how to fix that problem?

This is the home that is the worst for me. I should have emptied my Contemporary the first time they fixed it, but at least I got my Christmas things out as I use it now for storage and must not have fully believed. Just read the post by the OP in which she had stored her 08 things in the apartment she can no longer access, that is very sad.

I am hoping we all move forward with this game and that BVG makes it their own, and I truly want to play and enjoy it in the future. Sort of feeling like I am still in limbo and waiting to make it a part of my days again, although this is not the thread or the time for what it is I need in the game... But the frozen Halloween home and the wonderful things I have collected over the years that are in it has sort of put me in a funk.

I hope it will be fixed soon- I also have lots of items in my apt and thats not fair I dont have access to my house.
