I don't understand this commission thing in AH at all.
But if we have to have it, why should it be so HIGH?

Can we have a "remove commission" option? :P

I would like to vote about the YoCash rate AND the YoCoins rate, but can only vote on one. :(

I love that option, but I don't think it will ever happen.

If there was no commission price jacking people could work together to put stuff up and raise the price (by buying their own items). Because of that I do think there needs to be a commission price, maybe 10 percent coins or cash, but I live with the 20 percent cash because people who sell for cash are then able to get cash without buying from owners and that is I see a privilege.

I can get the part of, trying to eliminate pricejacking, but it still will be abused regardless. The coins taken from commision adds up after awhile. Would like to see it dropped, or atleast signifigantly lowered.

Some can abuse it without commission. Commission is better than we have to pay yc for such service/coding/convenience fee. :)

You may have a point, But 20%?
Don't you think it's a bit excessive?

I understand commission prices, but in this game its a bit much. For example, after selling 3 items in AH the fee ended up being around 70k in commission which for me breaks down to 'giving' away an item to pay for the fee. Its crazy.

Going to repeat myself here, one could always just sell for coin at 10 percent and then buy their own yocash or buy yocash items with coins. To be able to actually get yocash in game without having to buy it from owner is something they provide at a fee, too expensive, well probably most would say so. I could say most all things are "too expensive" I want them as cheap as I can get them but is it realistic. I don't really see them lowering the commission price.

Getting 90 percent of what you sold for is not giving away your items. You had to get around 630K for the 700K people bought for and that is not giving away your items.

Im fine. Lets put it this way 10% for hassle/drama free and convenience since you can earn even not online than doing the event/fb/forums selling then 10% for server space and devs prof fee which is an actual cost of real money for bvg. The ah gives folks an opportunity to earn yc even without spending real money.

Folks can use fb/events/foruns if doesnt like the 20%.

When the ah first started. Wasn't the commission 7%? Or am I the only one who thought that or remembers that?

I do believe that's why some up their prices in the ah. It helps cover that percent.

I think 10% is just fine for me not having to make an event and talking to people. I was always under the impression that it helped to keep down the fake auctions where people were transferring coins. no one ever said that, but in my head it made sense! Of course, in my head, things are a bit strange, so anything that makes sense in my mind is probably not quite right!
I still think that even though they dont need to transfer like that, i am ok with a fee. after all, it IS a service. When it was gone, i really missed it. The 20%, well, i wouldnt sell my YC and lose money that way.. its steep.
