@NoDaddy, I believe that they made an update that to keep spam down and to limit those who want to troll, players will need to be level 10+ and have been an active player for at least 2 weeks. It showed this update announcement on Yoworld Community by Greg.

I've got to admit it's getting better, it's getting better ALL the time...I've got to admit it's getting better.. It's getting better since YoWorld's been online! IT"S GETTING SO MUCH BETTER ALL THE TIME!
