You post it the same way you put up pictures.When you are replying to a thread or posting a thread,open full editor and then you can see 12 buttons on the top of the text rectangle thingy where you type.When you want to put up an image you can just copy the picture url and click on Img,a thing like '[img ][/img]' that will pop up and then you need to paste the picture url into the center,like so.

[img]paste picture url in here[/img ]
