Four months old! I miss some of those early days with my boys. Every age seems to be the best age when they are young. My boys are 17 and 20. It really is crazy how quickly they grow up. Hope you are enjoying all those little moments

Of course

Aww bless, I dont want him to grow up :haha:

Im enjoying every moment, he's hoenstly been the best little boy I could ask for, he sleeps soundly through the night for 8-9 hours, and has done so since the very beginning, How did I get so lucky? :?: :haha:

I think the first ones do that so you have another one :haha: My first was a great sleeper. My second woke in the middle of the night for a long time. I think I blocked out how long it went one! Still wouldn't change a thing though.

Ohhhhh yes!
They lure you into a false sense of security so you have another one, and BOOM devil child (bit like my parents with me - the youngest of two and deffo the naughty one) :haha: :haha:
Not sure if I want another one just yet, hubby and I were certain we wanted 2, but not sure if we want to stop with just the one :haha:

I'm doing well today. Trying to be productive before work. I packaged snacks into single size servings. I have to lose some weight and have a tendency to overeat snacks. I also have to do some prep work for cooking dinner tonight and clean up last nights dishes. Fun times :haha: But I do love the feeling when I've had a productive morning. Now I just need to get off this computer...

ohh productive! I dunno about mornings-the rain set in and my bones ache lol-the cost of getting older. I do have a few things I need to do in the afternoon-waiting on a fresh cuppa coffee from the shop that my mother always goes to before she arrives here, then on to do a few things that have to be done.

I was looking at some videos where it's all things from dollar stores that you use to make holiday decorations-they make it look so nice-I may have to try a few of them out-I like doing that like that-so will pick up a few items there ( always end up spending a ton of $ in there before I'm finished!!!)
will let you know what I venture into-have a good day everyone.

I'd love to join in!! I'm glad to hear your son is doing well!! I'm absolutely jelly hearing about everyone's experiences with their children, hopefully, i get to join in on conversations like this in the future  ! I can't really relate to the current convo as I'm only 20 (21 this Saturday the 11th actually!! ahhh :quiet: ), so i don't have any kids yet (hopefully soon in the near future) :wailing:

This is such a random comment but ever since I was mature enough to think about what I've wanted to do with my life, the only thing that's ever stuck is wanting a family of my own. Like it's my one true life purpose? Like the good old days, ideally, i would prefer to stay at home and look after the kids (i want like 12, probably adopt most if i can afford it) but i know that can't happen especially with how the economy is progressing now :heartbroken: (a girl can dreammm :c) but I'm on my last year of nursing school now so fingers crossed! hehe :D

Did anyone else feel like this or am i just crazy? because whenever i tell people how many kids i want or what i really want to do in my life, this is the main thing that i think of hahaha

He's absolutely fantastic!! he's such a good boy, sleeps soundly, and has the most gorgeous smile and laugh, it melts my heart!

How are you doing??

Awww! I'm glad he's such a little angel for you. Enjoy every minute because they grow so fast. My second one was a little difficult but he did have health issues and anxiety and depression the most difficult times were the teen years. Right now everyone is dealing with upper respiratory issues including our little kitty who is a ginger .I'm really worried about him .He sounds horrible The thing that scares me is he has feline aids and diabetes so he can't fight off infections like a normal kitty

My first born had a severe case of colic which lasted almost a year! Hubby and I didn't get a whole nights sleep back then-now adays they have so many electronics that help with this-even a crib that simulates a car ride! I would have paid anything for that!!!!!!!!!!!!
We tried all those home remedies that so many told us about-none worked...funny now,she has grown into a young woman with a soft spoken voice

sorry if I don't keep up with the conversation-I'm trying and things are a bit zany but do enjoy reading everyones postings-it's late night and I just wanted to get a chance to share something-hope everyone has had a good nights sleep by the time you read this. :)

Yoworld makes the holidays more special. I love decorating and dressing up on yoworld for the holidays. Especially now since my kids are grown and out on there own. My daugher goes to school in another state. The good thing is we can play yoworld together. I hope we never lose this game. It is a great way to pass time with loved ones and yoworld friends. I love all the people I meet when I make sales or go to sales on the game too and in the forum.

I am awake way too early today. My little yorkie came down with a condition where his body doesn't ablsorb protien and can't break down fat so he is on some meds that make him wake up early. Me and my husband are taking turns waking up at 4am to let him out and to give him his meds. Have a good day all. I am going to try and get a couple more hours sleep before I start my day.

Oh I had that really bad for like a yr too Jo! I feel for you. I had my first child in 2001. At that point they started making gas drops I put in their bottles. Most colic is bad gas. I had all my kids sleeping all night by a month old. I credit the drops. I know my mother had bad colic as well. I got lucky by the time I had children. My youngest tortured me well tho as she was a stuborn baby lol. I and my mom were the first born as well. I wonder why that is the instants babies get colic lol.

Good Luck lovely! One thing that helps me if I must drop a few lbs is walking. Then you don't want to lose your progress lol. Also excersise helps raise your good cholesterol which removes the bad ones from your body. You can't really consume food that has that effect. Just what works for me I have an eliptical so I can watch tv and do it now hahaha!
