There's hardly anything in it, while I try to get a handle on pricing.

Please make suggestions if you can? What is a fair price for in-store stuff? I'm not in any hurry to move anything... looking to give people a price break but also subsidize my own shopping.

Not a clue on pricing but i would love to buy: pic 1..avi with cart. Pic 2 snowman..mailbox..the 2 black top islands i think they are or cupboards near the black and white spiral thing

IDK jar lighs and stuff i do lower like 50k Most of your items are 100k or less.
You have been buying and selling for yrs, I am not sure what there is to get a handle on.
You make boards, put it on boards and price it. Those are not rare items.

I've been buying for years. I've never sold. I don't plan on spending time on boards since nothing is a wearable. Everything can be shown in rooms.

Being in-store doesn't automatically set prices. Some things in store sell for 50:1 and some barely sell at all.

One of the rooms I posted is all 2015 so not that much is in store.

thank you for the info and thank you for those lamps! i am interested in seeing that alcove and possibly purchasing it. i see it is not in store anymore, not sure how it was released. i may not have a use for it though... confused what it is (bath? sittable? toxic waste tank?). is there a way to see it? thank you Cookie Monster

I recognize a few items since I’ve sold them!
For XM2015 Stuck Santa, I was able to get 200K for it. The ‘welcome’ stand for 100K. The post box unfortunately I still have, I give up on selling it since I didn’t want to go way too low and hopefully will find a use for it at a later time. Gold piles from Mafia II theme, I did 80-100K each since I had a couple and could never use them well

You can probably get for higher! I just grew super impatient at the time since I’ve been selling a room of these XM items for weeks : but best wishes!
