I saw it on the Vermont lodge VV2020. It was on the outside of the lodge in the front area. I would like to buy it. Please leave price.

it is a much larger piece than just the fireplace, i believe it came as the exclusive with the house (?)

yes it looks like it is tradeable, i was able to select it to put it on AH.
it was very specifically made to fit the space in the front of that Vermont house, though you might get it to work elsewhere by covering up the odd edges and cutout areas.

here it is in a room

and here it is where it fits best, this must have been in the days prior to them creating cover pieces that help w/ layering.
