Entered YoWorld and daily gifts working fine. Went to change homes and it got stuck in the loading mode. Couldn't do anything so I had to leave. Never had this particular thing happen before. My avatar wasn't frozen. It could look left and right.

Hey carol, this could have been a glitch, clearing your browser cache should fix this.

I've cleared the cache. My homes aren't loading either, nor are the arrows working.

That doesn't read well.

Could I ask that you both submit a ticket to the player support team so that they can have a look at your account and resolve this issue. Use the help tab above the game screen to send in your ticket.
