Hi all, I tried to buy the limited time free Amsterdam Flat house throughtthe pop up but whe I click on grren button, it doesn't works...I went realtor office and I've seen the same house but this time for 12500 coins...so the pop up say the exclusive offer ends in 1day and 13hours but I can't buy , please help... :bye:

Hey MVII, just to confirm that you have not purchased the free Flat House before as we are only allowed one free purchase each.

If no, there are two things you can try: first try clearing your browser cache to ensure you are accessing the most updated game data.

If that doesn't work you can try this link Link to Free Home and see if that brings up the free house.

If neither of those suggestions work, you will have to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team, using the help tab above the game screen and they will resolve the issue for you.

I had the same issues and it took like 20 minutes for it to go through but it did and I received everything.

I tried for 2 days and it never worked. now the time is up and I have no free house. put in a ticket and nothing. nothing new though as we regularly get screwed.

Welcome to the forums Aria, I am sorry that you weren't able to purchase the free house before the theme ended. Since you have submitted a ticket, I would advise giving the Player Support Team some time to get to it and respond with their solution.
