I'm trying to be civil, but I am so ticked off and tired right now... I have been trying for HOURS to load my inventory to design my event room with absolutely NO SUCCESS. I have reloaded and refreshed numerous times. I always use the app as it is (usually) better than on Chrome, but I tried both as I really wanted wanted to enter this challenge, and now I have no more time. I will miss out now on not only the entry gems, but also the gem & token rewards (which really makes me upset because missing just one challenge means not enough tokens to claim the final reward on the token bar as the only way to get extra tokens is to score an elusive 5.8).

BVG really needs to work on these problems. This has been ongoing. It seemed to get better for a while, but here we go again. The whole game has been having issues for the past few weeks for me... anyone else?? It's been very slow and unresponsive to many of my clicks.

I am going to try to end with one positive about this event... I've really liked the NPC's we've been able to collect daily. I enjoy adding them to my rooms!! So, thank you for those, BVG.

Hey Fancy Nancy, the best way to get assistance with issues like these you have described, is to submit a ticket detailing the problems you are having. The Fix-It / Support Vikings are not able to provide support or help on these boards.
