I had this happen several years ago also. My friends come to visit and leave messages. They collect their coins/gifts and leave. Some of their AVI's are not on my screen, and when I go to their homes, I can't see their AVI's no matter how many rooms I go to nor can I collect coins/gifts, etc. I have cleaned my cache, etc. It's not helped. I know that at least one of them has done the same, because just like last time, one of these is my husband in real life, Michael Kendall (Mike). Several of our mutual friends have told us that they can't see his AVI, collect coins, etc., either. Another is a dear friend of mine and he said others have told him they can't see his AVI, collect coins, etc. I don't care about the coins, I just want my friends back. This started around the time the Vikings supposedly fixed the "Buddy/Friend List". Please don't ask me to send in another ticket for this. The last time they told me they couldn't find anything wrong and to let them know if it continued to happen. After almost all of them stopped visiting me and my husband took a breather from the game for a while, there were no more problems. I don't want to lose any of my wonderful YoFriends! I don't think this is your problem but I will give it a go. If you go to a challenge room or use a challenge room as your home -- you can't see the AVI's of your friends. Same thing, if you visit them. I would try going to your apartment and see if you can see your friends. Hope this helps you.
