I'm an elderly geek, so apologies in advance for forgetting that there's another layer of controls for browsers to individualize each site: SITE SETTINGS
In Chrome, go to Yoworld.com
Click the tiny padlock to the right of "Yoworld.com" in your address bar
At the bottom of the menu that opens, click on "Site settings"
Look for "Pop-ups and redirects" in the list
Change the setting to "Allow"
Reload the page

You should be able to take Selfies without freezing, send hot dogs and buy YoCash or a new VIP subscription.
