When I launch the desktop app, I get an error page that says "Sorry, you have been blocked/You are unable to access yoworld.com. I have tried refreshing the app several times and have even tried restarting my laptop, but I'm still getting the message. I am able to access YW through facebook, which is how I'm able to report the bug.

Hey Jonquil, this is a known bug which is being investigated. Please submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen (accessing the game via Facebook, as you have done) and the Player Support Team will assist you directly. :hug:

good to see its known but the acct i use dont have facebook tied to it, i not scared now i seen its a bug ty

I have also experienced this today and am not happy about it ... as I only access my account about 3 times a day or thereabouts. Went in a short while ago to collect my coins an got the "blocked page" - funny thing is I can actually access my account via FB- which I havent used since the new YoWorld.com came into play and I was able to access it!!

I hope this issue can be fixed as its very annoying not being even able to use Yoworld.com- by anyone else - once you get the blocked page. I share the computer with family members and now that means none of them are able to access their accounts via YoWorld.com until its fixed !!! Looks like we will all be back to playing on FB ..not good as that means we will miss out of collecting the bonus money/gifts for the daily games every morning - so not happy!! :grr :grr :grr

This bug appears to be resolving itself on its own, after repeated attempts to log back in. However if you have experienced this bug please do submit a ticket using the help tab so that the Fix-It Vikings can determine what is causing this issue. Many thanks. :hug:
