I was in the auction and I bought the VIP painting with the red umbrella. This is not the first time this has happened, but I just looked for a another one. This time I gave a lot of cash for the pic. and it's not there. I am VIP but this one was not offered to me, so I'm very upset that I paid for something I didn't receive. Have you checked your inbox (the one above the game screen) to see if you have unclaimed items there?.
If there is nothing there, then it might depend on what tier of VIP you have. Please submit a ticket to the Player Support Team, using the help tab above the game screen and they will look into this for you.
