I have sent several tickets to BVG My Chrome is updated and the cache cleared.

My Avitar is slow, my casino requires a lock code and then does nothing. The auction is really slow. I have not been able to fix it! Please help with this Issue ASAP.

lagging and freezing forever ........ this game got a real lag issue but they ignore
