I can not take pictures. Why?

I also can't get hot dogs from buddies, When I click on the hot dog, It says I am disconnected. Again Why? It's happening for a week. I have reported it & sent a ticket and no answers as of now! No reply to my email or my posts. Please fix these Issues!
