My YoWorld app stopped working on my desktop. Nothing happens when I click on it. Please help. Ty.

Same. Just when they have free gifts every day we can't collect or play to keep daily progress. So frustrating!

And no use sending a ticket because they never answer. Ugh!

i no longer use the crown icon i have on my dock because it uses chrome and my chrome won't update anymore (i have an old mac OS)
so my game is messed up using chrome (rooms missing items, layering doesn't work).

i always sign on by typing out yoworld.com

If you have the crown icon for the desktop app then you're using an outdated version which no longer works.

Delete it and download the latest version via your browser. Depending on which browser you use, there's an icon somewhere on the top right of the URL search.

First go to yoworld.com, then click that icon to download the latest desktop version.

my Yoworld app loads a Google Chrome page now.
Downloaded a new one and it still loads Chrome not its own so I just bookmarked the Chrome page ...its ok it works and that's all that matters.

We recently changed the app somewhat, and that includes the way the app is downloaded. The older app was powered by the Facebook version of YoWorld, and with some of the changes they have made recently it has been impacting some, but not all, of our players who played on that version.

The good news is that there's a new app available, and it's powered by our YoWorld.com version of YoWorld so it's the best one yet!

In order to install the new Desktop app, you will first need two things.

- Firstly, you will need access to the Google Chrome internet browser to download the app. You can download Google Chrome by following this link: https://bit.ly/3PskXU
- Secondly, you will need to migrate your account to YoWorld.com if you haven't done so already. If you require any help migrating your account, please let me know before continuing.

To install the new app:
- Go to YoWorld on our YoWorld.com platform using the Chrome web browser and login.
- Once logged in and fully loaded, click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of your Chrome browser.
- Find the option called "Save and Share" and then look for "Open In YoWorld" and click on it.
- Then, right-click on the crown icon that appears in the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen and select "Pin to taskbar" to keep this icon accessible in your Taskbar to login to YoWorld.

Once installed, you can close down your Google Chrome browser and play through the new app icon whenever you'd like to log in! The new app is connected to the YoWorld.com portal, so you will also be able to take part in all the YoWorld.com exclusive promotions, giveaways, and features!

The desktop app stopped working so I tried to download it using your instructions and although I have the desktop app now when I load it it looks like this:



PLEASE HELP! What is happening? How can I fix it?!? I can't play when it looks like this! Is this happening to anyone else?!?
