how come I have to keep refreshing my page every 5 minutes is anyone else having this problem? :?:

omg My biggest pet peeve. I loath that refresh pop up. I know it can be adjusted because I once sent a ticket in to 'you-know-who' and they replied that they adjusted it and I never saw that refresh pop up again. That was about 3 or 4 years ago. So it can be done.
