hy whille yesterday patch i was making a trade i gain a 2million coins and saved to my account then after the patch my coins gone and wrote mails to you with no reply plz help ty

Having the same problem.
Sent a ticket moments after it happen.
Hopefully they fix this soon!

Yes there does seem to be a problem when the game is closed for updates, both with trades and with AH bids that are ending. They really need to investigate this. I am hesitant about using trade or AH now because of all the people who have posted about having problems.

They took about 8 days to get back to me about the items that won't place so give them time. I find them to be helpful.
