Now on day 3 of not being able to open gem chests...Im at the max so cannot add anymore,..sent in a ticket but hasn't been resolved yet....am I the only one with this glitch??...What is going on with this game lately?? :dizzy:

Hey SharElle, I haven't had any issues with opening my gem chests, so I do hope this issue is resolved for you quickly. :hug:

I have exactly the same problem... I cant open any chests in the current event and my gems are fast adding up to the max... :sad:

I was finally able to open my chests, sometimes by entering the game different ways...thru the app, thru facebook , or thru the web page...I just kept trying different things until I got it done. Also by refreshing several times and kept trying until they finally opened. Yes its time consuming but at least you dont miss out on prizes or gifts. :heart:
