I can't claim the last prize for the oct. calendar. I've tried cleaning my cache, refreshing, but nothing works.

Send in a ticket, get a screenshot if you can and add that to the ticket! :hug:

This happened to me for September, and I was granted the final prize! :thumbsup:

Hello! where can i send a ticket? i have the same problem and english is not my native language and i dont know where send the ticket. I don't find it

When playing YoWorld, click the Help button to the far right, on top! Then "contact us".

Happy to read that Katherine was able to helpfully signpost you, to submitting a ticket. :thumbsup:

Just so you know, it is always better to submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) to the Vikings directly when you encounter issues with your game, as the Player Support Team are unable to provide direct assistance via these boards.
